  • Dear Black Children,

Being overly introverted isn't a flex like some people think it is.
Yes, it’s good to be reserved. It’s okay to mind your business.
But being in isolation—unchecked—is addictive and dangerous.

You need friends. You need people. It is not a want. It's a need. God blesses people through people.

Hear me. Sometimes, you have to force yourself out of your comfort zone. Just show up. Be present.
Because over time, people stop inviting you.
Your absence starts to dull the mood. Even your siblings barely connect with you anymore.

You’re always locked up in your own world.

    You go through life alone.
No one visits. You don’t visit anyone. You start to avoid people altogether.
But let me tell you—loneliness will choke you in your 60s.
You’ll look back and wish you socialized when you had the chance.

    I once read:
“You make your best friends when you’re young. It’s a retirement plan.”

    And it’s true.

At 60, when others are celebrating 30-40 years of friendship, reunions, shared memories, deep bonds—
You’re out here still stuck in watching people's WhatsApp status.

Try and build friendships with people who already have their people.

And let’s not forget opportunities— Most of them come by through social networking.

Have an awesome weekends and MAY God see us through 馃檹馃徑

  • *Dear Black Children,*
The world has it backward. We think success is about having people serve us. But the greatest leaders, wealthiest business people, and most powerful individuals got to where they are by serving others!

America's 35th President John F. Kennedy once said, “Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country.”

Instead of waiting for opportunities, create them! What problems can you solve for your community? What value can you bring? That’s the real path to financial and personal success!
Success is about impact, not entitlement. At least not like we thought when we were young. The more people you serve, the more valuable you become. The more valuable you become the more difficult it becomes for people to do away with you.

Enjoy a prosperous weekend and may God cause his face to shine upon us and our families. 馃檹馃徑

  • *Dear Black Children,*

Poverty isn’t just about lack of money—it’s a mindset that affect the quality of one's life. And when you surround yourself with people with poor mindset, that mindset persists. But what happens when the poor live in mixed communities alongside doctors, lawyers, and business people but still remain poor?

Probably they aren't able to mix up with the right circle despite being close with them. And that is common with the rich and affluent. They tend to keep company with themselves. More so that shouldn't be an excuse.

Hear me. Success is contagious. And so is poverty. Exposure changes everything. Instead of just demanding free meals, free clothes and shelter upon meeting the rich let’s demand a communities that uplift, inspire, and create opportunities! With that everyone gets to benefit. At least the basic needs of life would be a problem of the past for everyone.

Have an awesome week and may God be merciful and gracious to us and our families. 馃檹馃徑

  • *Hi black children,*
Train to be fast, train to be strong, be wise, get educated and have skills, but recognize that it's not only that that makes one successful. You will also need to meet the right people and at the right time. And sometimes you will get your opportunities from the most unlikely places ever. Don't look down on anything or anyone. Be open to learning. Sometimes our breakthroughs may come from our least expected source.

“I returned and saw something under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all." - Ecclesiastes 9 v11:

Have an awesome week! And may God cause his face to shine upon us 馃檹馃徑.
