"A wise person works to learn and not to earn but average people work to earn and not to learn".
With what is happening all over the world today, there is no security in Job Security. You cannot be so sure that the company or organization you work with will be in existence next month or next year.
It will be disastrous to rely on "that" one company for life. Anything can happen. So please, as you work with the company or the organization, learn on the job anything learnable and start something on your own.
No matter how small, learn the skills to manage people, learn the skills to contract deals, learn the financial skills and management, learn how to deal with people above you and people below you. Learn how to multiply money so when you finally exit the company or organization, you can start your own business, company, organization or do investment.
That is what will give you true security and freedom:
Time freedom, location freedom and financial freedom.
