Everyone of them will definitely benefit from the seat. A breastfeeding mother carrying a baby on hand, a guy with a broken leg, an old man with little strength, and a pregnant woman.

I'll go for B. The guy's leg is hanging and partially supported by another and two vertical crutches.

Sitting down and resting his leg would prove very refreshing for him. The others can manage their situation for a while and then take swaps to rest small if the need be (the guy isn't sitting down forever).
