How Japanese have produced wood for 700 years, without cutting down trees.
Daisugi is an ancient Japanese forestry technique developed in the 14th century originally used by people living in the Kitayama region, because the territory was extremely poor in saplings.
They planted cedars pruned in a special way to produce shoots that eventually would become perfect, straight, knot-free lumbers.
The shoots are gently pruned by hand every two years leaving only the top boughs, allowing them to grow straight. Harvesting takes 20 years and old 'tree stock' can grow up to a hundred shoots at a time.

Hello Fellow Authiclers,
Have you wondered why certain people change purpose and vision in life?
Some may pursue Engineering courses, and end up being musician.
Some may pursue Education courses (Teaching), and end up being an Entrepreneur.
The list go on, and on yet the end result is fulfillment, peace and stability.
If you see or hear of such a person, there is something to learn from not to downplay them. They have courage to drop what doesn't work for them and follow what works and bring them joy and fulfillment.
Question: Are you living a life of purpose?
May we have the courage to drop what doesn't work for us and pursue life with purpose.

Hello Fellow Authicles,
Janet Rand, wrote a poem on RISK and it states:
"To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.
To reach out for another is to risk involvement.
To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self.
To place your ideas, your dreams, before a crowd is to risk their loss.
To love is to risk not being loved in return.
To live is to risk dying.
To hope is to risk despair.
To try is to risk failure.
But risks must be taken, because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, and is nothing."
In life, everything we do is risk, eating is risking to be choked with food, drinking, living life itself is risk yet when people hear venturing into business or anything concerning risking money, then their risk-phobia is activated. Let's take informed and calculated risk to achieve great things. #risk

Hello Fellow Authicles,
There was a man who made his living selling balloons at a fair. He had balloons of many different colors, including red, yellow, blue and green. Whenever business was slow, he would release a helium-filled balloon into the air. When the children saw the balloon go up, they all wanted one. They would come up to him, buy a balloon and his sales would go up. All day, he continued to release a balloon whenever sales were slow. One day, the balloon man felt someone tugging at his jacket. He turned around and a little boy asked, "If you release a black balloon, will that also fly?" Moved by the boy's concern, the man replied gently, "Son, it is not the color of the balloon, it is what is inside that makes it go up."
The same principle applies to our lives; it is what is Inside that counts and that very thing is our ATTITUDE. William James of Harvard University once said, "the greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of m

While other mortals can make the world a good place for you, you can make it better for your own living; but, making the world the best place to live in, for all, goes beyond mere mortal doings.
It takes some sort of immortal strength. It does not fall within the power of humankind. It's a making That can only be perfected by a divine source!
Go, make the world good for others, better for yourself!💫

Living in constant fear of the future robs us of the joy of the present but what can we do when we seem to have been lost within our own dreams?
Then, too, what do we stand to achieve when things do not work according to how we perceived them to be or, at least, in accordance with how they used to be?
This life, is is worth the living?
🤔🤔

Living worried, frustrated, and disappointed takes your energy. It steals your joy, and it can keep you from seeing God’s favor. Sometimes, the disappointments, the closed doors are simply a test. God wants to see if we’ll trust Him when we don’t understand.

"Go into the arts. I'm not kidding. The arts are not a way to make
a living. They are a very human way of making life more bearable.
Practicing an art, no matter how well or badly, is a way to make your
soul grow, for heaven's sake. Sing in the shower. Dance to the radio.
Tell stories. Write a poem to a friend, even a lousy poem. Do it as well
as you possibly can. You will get an enormous reward. You will have
created something".
