Pride Pride Pride!!!

Pride is the absence of love, acceptance, celebration, and appreciation and the overindulgence of such qualities also define pride.

We mostly develop pride when people tend to honor us beyond necessary. We develop pride when we feel the absence of acceptance, so we turn to build up camouflaged of pride.
We develop pride when we feel not being celebrated and the contrary holds.
We develop pride when overly appreciated and underappreciated.

So none of us is beyond the topic of pride. Pride is a killer.

We are must seek for the mercies of God to help us remain humble. From the Holy Book of the Christians, I share some few scriptures: Proverbs 18:12; Proverbs 16:18; Proverbs 29:23 and lastly, Luke 18:11-14.

These among many are the Bible admonishment of being humble and pride.

Mind you: Simplicity is not humility.

When you develop a positive attitude, your approach to life and its challenges will be positive, similarly when you develop a negative attitude, your approach to life and its challenges will be negative.

Meaning the right attitude to any thing will yield positive reward and the wrong attitude to any thing will yield negative reward.

Let's strive to develop positive attitude and a growth mindset.
Attitude and Mindset is the key in every thing.

Read books, listen to audio books, attend positive conferences, find the right and positive circles of friends and be yourself.

🧔‍♂ Story of the wise man

This is the story of a wise man who was sitting outside his village. A traveler passed by and asked the man, what kind of people live in this village because I am thinking of leaving my village and settling in some other village.
Then the wise man asked, what kind of people live in the village you want to leave?
The man said, they are selfish, cruel and rude.
The wise man replied that similar people live in this village also.
After some time, another traveler came there and asked the wise man the same question. The wise man also asked him, what kind of people live in the village you want to leave?
The traveler replied, the people there are polite, kind and helpful to each other. Then the wise man said, you will find similar people in this village also.

Bill and the boy were stunned and remained speechless for a while.

Moral lessons:

It is not possible to please everyone. Everyone has got different views and opinions. It's too hard to please or follow everyone. Sometimes, we should go by what our mind says and simply follow the heart.

UNREQUITED LOVE

No matter how much you wish you could, you cannot control how another person feels and loves. Just because someone fails to see your worth, doesn't make them a bad person, and it doesn't mean you are unlovable. It simply means that they are not meant for you. You should never have to spend your days and nights wondering if you are good enough for somebody. You are enough. You are more than enough for the right person. Always remember that your happiness comes first. Focus on loving yourself, really loving yourself and you will see your value and find the strength to walk unrequited love. Away from Weeks, months, years will pass and you'll look back and wonder why on earth it took you so long to see that all along you deserved everything you always wished you had.
