For yes, God bless his servants yet the blessing is actualized through men.
Whatever your field is, be it business, or whatever, you need men.
Note; if God says yes, and Men says no, the 'Yes' remains in the spirit until men say 'yes' you.
Also, regard all men. Do not regard men due to what you can benefit from them but for one thing.
Do you remember the young girl and the mighty warrior in the bible with leprosy?

Have you wondered why certain people change purpose and vision in life?
Some may pursue Engineering courses, and end up being musician.
Some may pursue Education courses (Teaching), and end up being an Entrepreneur.
The list go on, and on yet the end result is fulfillment, peace and stability.
If you see or hear of such a person, there is something to learn from not to downplay them. They have courage to drop what doesn't work for them and follow what works and bring them joy and fulfillment.
Question: Are you living a life of purpose?
May we have the courage to drop what doesn't work for us and pursue life with purpose.

Sometimes when I hear our leaders talk on various platforms across the country, I become frightened of what is to come of the next generation.
Question: What are they leaving for us?
What will we handover to the next generation?
How is the educational system being managed and controlled?
Are we safe as people, with the current mindset and education?
Several learners graduate every year from several universities, and as graduates, you asked them what they are worth for, they cannot even answer.
You ask them what their next step is, in life; they stand aloof confused.
SHS learners finish school, and they cannot even determine their next level in life.
I believe schooling should be in line with education to transform the learners mind for the best. We should not only produce verbatim students (graduates) but thinkers and problem solvers.

We are one Ghana, yet from the look of things, I fear for the future of this our motherland.
The young generation that is coming up, to some extend have no cultural values imbibed in them.
Graduates from various universities in this country have no practical knowledge lest to talk of wisdom.
I will entreat those in schools, that they should not just go to school but to also be educated.

Hello Fellow Authiclers,
You may be aware of this story yet I will tell anyway.
It just happened that someone wanted to kill himself due to life's extreme hardship that he was facing. Another man, who was also dealing with hardships in life, was walking around looking for a shirt to put on.
He then came by this man, who wants to kill himself. He said to the man, please give me your shirt to wear before you kill yourself.
The man wondered; "so I am even better." thus, he said no to suicide.
My dear brothers and sisters, regardless of the loads of problems, regardless of how tough the situation is, you will come out of it.
Mind you, do not forget the God factor! There is a God who rules in the affairs of men.
Committing suicide will never solve the problem but will worsen it. Develop the staying power to overcome the problem.
It is hard, difficult, challenging yet believe that someday you will come out of it.

5. Know yourself.

6. Start early.
7. Concentrate fully on tasks.

These are some facts I have gathered about time, and I share with you below:
1. Everybody has time
2. Everybody has equal time
3. God is the giver of time
4. You cannot role back time
5. Time waits for no one
6. Time is money
7. Time is life: I have heard people say, sleep for 8hours. My dear friend, really ? Sleep for 8hours? Get this; if you do so, in 30 years time, you would have slept for 10 years of your life.
24 = 8+8+8. you can sleep for 5hours I submit to you.
8. You cannot time time
9. You cannot have time for anything except you create time for it.
10. Your ability to manage time determines your success in life.

Our brain is basically a computer that started to be programmed before we could even walk.
And some of us need to reprogram.
Many of us, blatantly or subtly, were told we would never amount to anything. We were told, “You can’t do that”, over and over and over again.
Even though we fight against it, something always brings it back.
We may think things like, “I’m not a leader, nobody will follow me, people can’t relate to me.”
Programming issues like this hold us back from our true potential.
But there’s hope. You CAN reprogram your computer.

There was a certain boy called Joe who lived with the parents in a certain village. It happened that, their village will be destroyed by a renowned rich man who bought the village for his personal project.
Grieved by the news, went to this rich man to strike a deal.
There was a car race around the corner and this rich man has been the one winning all the time. So Joe said to the man; If I win the race, you will leave my people alone to be where they are.
The rich man upon hearing this, jumped to the agreement knowing that Joe will not be able to win him.
The race started, and Joe seem to be helping and saving his fellow racers from this rich man who was crushing them with all kinds of means. It got to a point where all including other racers started cheering Joe up. Encouraging him to win the race.
The rich man did all he could to stop Joe from winning him yet he won.
Thus, winners are always winning even when they are losing.

Making systemic risk taking decisions and carrying them out is planning. Planning is future related.
As Peter Drucker said in the above quote, having a good plan without action is only good intentions.
Plan and take action. No matter how little the action may be, just remember consistency is key.

Yesterday, in the course of my instructing learners to model 3D object, a learner asked, Sir, why are you so passionate and concern about us understanding and applying the concept to solve problems.
I paused, and said: so that together we build a better Africa, so that together we build a better world.
And we help others think for themselves, not memorizing theories they cannot apprehend.
So that we will not continue the mental slavery cycle in Africa.
So that we will learn to appreciate what we have and what we do.
So that we will not think, someone's idea is better than ours.
So that we will come to realization that we can solve our own problems without any third party as we see.
So that we will be capacitated to see beyond what the eye sees.
So that we will not only produce graduate with consumption mindset but production mindset.
So that you will be the change you wish to see in the world.
